Shipping Methods
We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Available shipping methods include:
Standard Shipping – Delivery within 5 business days.
Express Shipping – Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the order:
Mainland Portugal : Standard shipping starts at €3.50 or express shipping starts at €10.
Islands (Azores and Madeira) : From €15.
International shipping : Check prices at checkout or contact us.
Free shipping on orders over €50, but only for mainland Portugal.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery.
Delivery Problems
If there are any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact us via email or phone.
Returns
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the date of receipt. To do so, the product must meet the following requirements:
To be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Have the purchase receipt.
How to make a return
Contact us – Send an email to gamitoforourbabies@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please wait for approval – We will respond with instructions on how to send the return.
Send the product – Use the original box, resealing it as you should to prevent damage during shipping.
Receive your refund – Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund within 10 business days (we do not offer exchanges).
Return costs
Defective product or shipping error : We will cover all return shipping costs.
Other reasons (e.g., purchase cancellation, purchase error) : The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personalized products).
